Pusalkar Su-Rak-Sha Components Pvt. Ltd. is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. Our registered office is at Gat No. 510, 512, Urawade Road, Village Kasar Amboli, Taluka Mulshi, Dist. Pune 412 115, Maharashtra, India.

We collect personal data when you choose to send it. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not buy data about you from anyone else.

Through the enquiry form on the contact page:

• your name, and the company you represent
• your email address and telephone number
• the part family, annual volume and tolerance you tell us about
• anything else you write in the message field

Through our web server, in common with almost every website: your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested, recorded in access logs by our hosting provider.

Enquiry data is used to answer your enquiry - to give you a manufacturing view on the part, to prepare a quotation, and to carry on the correspondence that follows. It is routed internally to whichever of our sales or finance contacts can answer it.

Server logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and to investigate faults.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We process enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, for the purpose described above. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; withdrawing it does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer respond to an open enquiry.

Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate need to operate and secure the site.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

We share it only with our hosting and email providers, who process it on our instructions in order to run the site and deliver our mail, and where we are required to disclose it by law or by a competent authority.

This site does not set cookies of its own, does not use analytics, and does not store anything in your browser.

Two Google services are loaded, and both mean your IP address reaches Google:

• Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used across the site
• Google Maps, embedded on the contact page to show the plant location. Google may set cookies through that embed.

Those services are governed by Google’s privacy policy, not by this one.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as we are dealing with the enquiry, and afterwards for as long as we need it as a business record - ordinarily up to eight years, which is the period Indian company and tax law expects records to be retained.

Server access logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and then overwritten.

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people at PSCPL who need it to answer you.

No transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send controlled or classified drawings through the form. Ask us for a secure channel instead.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:

• ask what personal data of yours we hold, and how it has been processed
• ask us to correct data that is inaccurate, or complete data that is incomplete
• ask us to erase data we no longer need for the purpose you gave it for
• withdraw consent you have given
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated
• raise a grievance with us, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied

Write to sales@pscpl.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, tell us and we will delete it.

We update this policy when what we do with data changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
