Pusalkar Su-Rak-Sha Components Pvt. Ltd. began operations in 2018 and manufactures a range of top-quality components and assemblies for the automotive, engineering and defence sectors. PSCPL is an ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 certified company.
We handle a wide and varied portfolio. Our products for the defence sector include electronic fuse parts, and mechanical fuses and parts. For the automotive industry we manufacture fuel injection parts, turbocharger parts, transmission parts, various engine and valve-train parts.

Defence, automotive and hydraulics run through the same machine shop, the same standard room and the same inspection discipline. Nothing leaves the plant on a different standard.

Machining
To hold consistent quality across a varied portfolio in steel, bronze and aluminium, the shop runs a mixed fleet rather than one machine type. Flexibility in the scalability of manufacturing is what lets us take on projects of different sizes, requirements and expectations.
Quality assurance
Quality is integrated into development, manufacturing and inspection rather than inspected in at the end. We place resolute focus on micron-level tolerance, and respond immediately to customer concerns - closing them with QC tools and root cause analysis.
