Mr. Vijay Pusalkar

Mr. Vijay Pusalkar, the chairman of Pusalkar Su-Rak-Sha is a visionary and seasoned business person. He is the founder and the chairman of Indo Schottle and Pusalkar Su-Rak-Sha Components Pvt Ltd. Mr. Pusalkar graduated from the BMCC College and obtained his post-graduation degree from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. He has also served as the managing director of one of the Kirloskar Group Companies.

Mr. Vijay Pusalkar is a sports enthusiast, and involved in a lot of social activities as well. He is associated with Nutan Bal Shikshan Sangha (Pune), Rukmini Pusalkar Vidyalaya (Karnataka), and Vidyarthi Sahayak Samiti (Pune). Besides, he is also the recipient of the prestigious Life Time Achievement Award from TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), Hubli 2017-18.

In 1986, Mr. Pusalkar collaborated with German technology and brought it to India to improve the company�s supply engine valve collets manufacturing capabilities. He�s continues to be one of the leading forces of Indo Schottle�s and Pusalkar Su-Rak-Sha�s success.

Mr. Rohan Pusalkar

A meritorious post-graduate in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering of the University of North Carolina (USA), Rohan Pusalkar is a dynamic businessman and the man behind several organizational success stories. He holds a proven and successful track record of over two and half decades across various fields including Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing, Fitness and others.

Rohan currently serves as the Executive Director of PSCPL. His expertise in business planning, product development and operational management continue to help PSCPL establish its name and stature in the manufacturing industry.

One of the successful ventures that Rohan has been associated with is Indo Sch�ttle, where he served as the Executive Director of the company directing all operational functions. As Management Representative of the Company, he drove the ISO 9001, TS 16949 & ISO 14001 Management Systems.

He oversaw the successful development of over 50 high-precision components and assemblies for domestic and international O.E. customers. He helped the company�s exports grow from INR 2.5 million to INR 900 million, and the company�s overall business from INR 35 million in 1995 to INR 2 billion by the year 2012.

Rohan ventured into the fitness sector in 2009 and established himself as one of the largest individual franchisee directors in India for Gold�s Gym. A multiple award-winning industry leader, Rohan promoted over 10 Gold�s Gyms.

He is a founder promoter of India�s largest Federation for Fitness Centers called United Health & Fitness Federation (UHFF). UHFF is a unique and non-profit CSR initiative undertaken by leading fitness clubs. It is a first of its kind venture in the country. UHFF aims to motivate more and more citizens to take up a healthier lifestyle and represents the interests of the Fitness Industry.

Besides his professional life, Rohan has an active interest and love for music and photography. He is the Trustee of
